Meet THIS FRIDAY!
For those of you working with the Studio for Southern California History, there is an orientation and tour this Friday, 2/7/11 at 3:00 p.m. at the Hill Street location. You'll want to allow sufficient time to get to Chinatown (the other side of downtown LA) during a Friday rush hour. There's paid parking adjacent to the studio (I think it's $3.50/flat rate). There's also some street parking.
These initial meetings are ice-breakers, so it's important that you do everything in your power to attend. You'll be more comfortable during future site visits, and our community partners will get the message that we're committed to them and to the project.
